These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Naurist website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using Naurist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These services are provided to help you get started with Naurist and do not create any ongoing consulting or implementation obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use Naurist only for lawful purposes.

• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the platform without authorization.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Services.
• Use Naurist to send spam, fraudulent communications, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Naurist allows nutrition professionals to manage information relating to their clients.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you upload.
• Obtaining all necessary client consent and permissions.
• Complying with applicable laws relating to personal data.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your clients’ information.

You retain ownership of your client data.

By uploading information to Naurist, you grant us a limited license to host, process, store, transmit, and back up that information solely for providing and improving the Services.

Naurist is a software platform designed to support nutrition professionals.

Naurist does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Nutritional advice
• Diagnosis
• Treatment
• Healthcare services

All meal plans, nutritional recommendations, consultations, reports, and professional advice provided to clients are solely the responsibility of the nutrition professional using the platform.

Users are responsible for exercising their own professional judgment when using Naurist.

Naurist, including its software, design, branding, logos, content, graphics, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Advasist Solutions Private Limited or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights relating to the Services.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of Naurist without our prior written consent.

We strive to keep Naurist available and reliable.

However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may temporarily suspend access for:

• Maintenance
• Security updates
• Infrastructure improvements
• Emergency situations
• Compliance with legal obligations

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information.

Our security measures include, where applicable:

• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest.
• TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit.
• Role-based access controls.
• Secure authentication mechanisms.
• Infrastructure monitoring.
• Encrypted backups.

While we employ industry-standard safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Required subscription payments are not received.
• Your use of the Services threatens the security or integrity of the platform.
• We are required to do so by law.

You may stop using Naurist or cancel your subscription at any time.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that arose before termination, including outstanding payment obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advasist Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Naurist.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Client disputes
• Professional decisions made using the platform

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Naurist during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advasist Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.
• Your handling of client information.
• Professional advice or services you provide using Naurist.

Naurist may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, including payment gateways, cloud infrastructure providers, email services, analytics tools, and communication platforms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We continuously improve Naurist and may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Where changes materially affect your use of the Services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on our website with the revised Last Updated date.

Your continued use of Naurist after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussions, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
